I am a writer (fiction, poetry, song), editor and translator. I was born in Montreal, grew up in Western Canada (Edmonton then Vancouver), and later returned to Montreal for graduate work in Linguistics and Neurophysiology.
Since 2021, I have been a PhD student in the Program for Writers at the University of Illinois at Chicago where I teach literature as well as essay and fiction writing.
